WMH Third Team Priority for 2018

After soliciting teams from every country, the WTC will accept applications from countries for third teams.  The priority for these teams is detailed here.  We’ve consolidated a list, and are making final confirmation with captains to determine the number of spots we will be offering.

**In previous years China has received credit for multiple timezones based on size.  We’re continuing to give them this credit for geographical scale
