Players Pack and plus ones

Greetings all

We are putting the final touches on the full players pack as I type this, but until then I will share some information that several people has asked about, mainly the plus one and staying from Sunday until Monday.

Extra ticket for a +1: EUR 250

These extra tickets include everything from the basic package, except entrance in the WTC, of course.

Extra night: EUR 100 p.p. (including dinner Sunday evening, a bed for the night and Monday breakfast).

We have also opened for additional teams for each Country, but will cap spaces at 32 per game system, so check the registration list if you have more teams from your country who want a spot, the sign up sheet has a timestamp, so we can see who signed up first in case we happen to have more than 32 teams signed up, we are aware that initially there was 64 spots, but with the current numbers being as they are, we will cap it at 32 this year, and hopefully next year we can go back to 64 teams.

We expect to have the final players pack out within a few days, and will post a link here on the page and I believe we will be able to send it to all Captains from each team.

We are in the process of finalizing talk with sponsors for prize support for the both the gaming event and painting competition for both gaming systems, all the information about this will also be in the pack, so until then get painting and get your practice games in.
