Here’s a handy guide about transportation options to help guide your travel to the venue.
By car:

From Germany (A1, A12): Follow the A1 highway up to Amersfoort. Take the A28 towards northside, Zwolle. At the junction 9 Nijkerk you go towards Zeewolde N301. After the bridge you go right towards the N704 (de eemhof) and at the bottom of the road right again. Follow the road for about 2km’s and you will see de eemhof at the left side. Read the arrival section below.

From Belgium (A2, A27): Follow either the A27 or A2 towards Utrecht. Then take the A27 towards Hilversum and then the A28 towards Amersfoort/Zwolle. At the junction 9 Nijkerk you go towards Zeewolde N301. After the bridge you go right towards the N704 (de eemhof) and at the bottom of the road right again. Public Transportation:
Schiphol Airport
We will have busses going from Schiphol Airport to the venue. They will go at least once every 2 hours, but if demand is high enough we will invest in more busses. Please let us know your arrival times at the airport as soon as your plans are confirmed by emailing us committee AT wmh-wtc DOT com.

Harm Kleijnen, a most handsome Dutchy, will be standing at the meeting point at Schiphol Airport in the main hall (by the red white cube). He will direct you to the busses and take your payments if you haven’t yet paid (cash 15 euro pp). The busses will drop you off at the entry of the parc. Read the arrival section below.

For people already in Amsterdam or somewhere near by.

The best option is to take the train from Amsterdam central station to Schiphol Airport and use our busses.

Otherwise:

Train from Amsterdam central station on platform 11a to Amersfoort Vathorst. Change trains at station Weesp.  Take the train on platform 4 towards Almere Oostvaarders. Get off at Almere Centrum. Walk to the bus station outside and take bus 160 to Amersfoort Vathorst and get off at de Eemhof, Zeewolde. (This takes about 1h34m.) Read the arrival section below.
Arrival:
Check in can be done from 15:00 onwards. You can enter the parc earlier and get your passes for the swimming pool, but the cottages won’t be available till 15:00!
When you arrive at de Eemhof please park your car. You can walk to the business center. Here you will be welcomed by our team and centerparcs staff. You will be given your room keys, swimming passes, loot and instructions on how to get around. Dinner will be at 20:00 at the Evergreen Buffet Restaurant. If you are arriving by car you can drive onto the parc to unload. After unloading the car needs to be parked at the parking lot immediately thereafter.
Departure:
All cottages have been rented till Monday. Checkout is on Monday morning at 10:00 the latest. Your swimming pass is valid for all day Monday.
If a Sunday departure is desired, it is possible till 23:20 when the last bus will go towards Almere Central station. You can still get to Schiphol Airport as well and arrival will be around 00:45. A cab or small bus can be arranged by you. We did a price check and taxi fare came to around € 90,-
Monday: Busses depart all day long. Check your departure time and travel information through: www.9292ov.nl

Do note that in the Netherlands all public transportation is done by chipcard. Prepaid cards can be bought at the Airport. (The chipcard works with all public transportation.)
