The Committee is pleased to report that all payments for teams and solo players have been received for the 2016 event. Here are your next steps:
Team Captains: We need the name and email address of all team captains now. If you have not already emailed us with this information, please do so now or at least let us know when to expect the name to come. This is a crucial bit of information because all official correspondence will only be delivered by email to team captains. Any votes, decisions, or requests will only be fielded through the Captain, so don’t miss your opportunity.
Team rosters: As noted in the updated rules pack, we need to know the names of team members and reserve players by July 1st, 2016.
Non-player attendees: July 1st, 2016 is also the deadline for payment of any non-player attendees who wish to come along.
