Please note that final payments are due by May 1st (that’s this Sunday). When you pay please be sure to:
- Send us an email to inform us which team you’ve paid for. (committee AT wmh-wtc DOT com)
- Tell us the exact team name you want. It must follow the format of “Team <country name> <optional distinguishing name>”.
- Tell us the name AND email address of the Captain of each team.
If you need more time to make the payment, you must email us by May 1st explaining your situation so that we can work on alternative arrangements if necessary. Let’s all avoid the shame bell! 🙂
NOTE: Your entrance fee includes the cost of staying over Sunday night. This is in contrast to previous years when this night was an extra cost.
