Fuel for WTC players: what will they eat?

The logistics team in Ireland have finalised the menu with the venue for this year and have assured us that they have tasted it all and found it excellent.  Here’s an overview of what the players can expect.  Note that menus subject to slight change and the BBQ is weather dependant.

Check back with us after the event to see if it met renown Warmachine Foodie, Jay Larsen’s, approval.

Friday 18th September  

Plated Dinner – Served in Flesk Restaurant and Bistro

Roast Chicken and Ham served with Stuffing and Gravy

OR

Baked Salmon served with Potato Galette, Leeks and White Wine Sauce

OR

Flat Cap Mushroom stuffed with Goats Cheese and Sunflower Seeds served with a Tomato Vinaigrette

Accompanied with Seasonal Vegetables and Potatoes

OR

Homemade Apple Pie served with Custard and Ice Cream

Freshly Brewed Tea or Filtered Coffee

 

 Saturday 19th September 

 Lunch – BBQ served outside (weather dependent)

 Irish Beef Burger

Cajun Spiced Chicken Breast

Jumbo Irish Pork Sausage

Baked Potato Skins with Cheese

With a Selection of Salads

 

Saturday 19th September
