A first look at the 2014 army lists

Just as we did last year, here is a little teaser to tide you over while lists are validated. You can compare with the same post last year: https://wmhwtc.wordpress.com/2013/09/03/a-first-look-at-the-wtc-2013-army-lists/

Faction distribution:

Teams that have chosen to bring this faction at least once:

It seems Khador gained quite some confidence, going from 38% to 54% of teams.

Most popular Warcaster/Warlock choices:

Given that there are 200 more lists than last year, it seems the ‘top’ casters are overall slightly less popular. There are also several combinations that were nowhere near the top the previous time. Expected or surprising?

Finally, two players went full Searforge dwarf (sorry) 🙂 Stay tuned for the full lists!

  1. Ciaran says:

    Full searforge!!!

  2. Doug Hamilton says:

Interesting that CoC is such a low % after the Iron Gauntlet win. This is awesome info, can’t wait to see some lists.

  3. Gabriel says:

It’s interesting to see Khador at 12% and not have a cast pair in the top 10.

  4. Emiliano Traversi says:

I would say that it is Butcher3 rather than Khador that gained confidence 😛

  5. Xnath says:

Be interested to see if Abby2 made some lists.

  6. Kenton says:

    Abby2 isn’t legal, not yet being on general released . . .

  7. So there are at least two Minions players showing up?

  8. There is approximately 5,4 Minion players. Sadly no double minion teams.. 😛

  9. Randall Lambert says:

Well, Minions are up 100% from last year.
